Green Passive Housing Is Ushering in a New Era!

Passive houses have become the development trend of the construction industry with their environmental protection, high comfort, low energy consumption and economy.

Passive Buildings Represent To-be Building Trends
Policies at home and abroad have been tilted towards passive houses. According to the latest EU regulations, by 2020, 27 countries in the EU will adopt passive housing standards. In Asia, the six countries at the forefront of development, including Japan, Korea, Indonesia, etc, take the lead in creating green low-energy passive houses suitable for their own country.

In China, policies have also been issued in Beijing, Jiangsu, Hubei, Hebei, Hunan, Fujian and
Sichuan to support the development of green, ecological and sustainable passive houses.

Passive Housing Achievements in China
In May 2009, the “Hamburg House” of Shanghai China Expo was opened to the public. It is not only the first “passive house” that has been certified in China, but also the first passive house into people's vision.

In September 2016, Asia's largest passive building–Qingdao Sino - German Eco-park Passive House Experience Center was put into use.
